Meet the Team!

Siddhi Singh

Siddhi is a high school junior, interested in conservation and technology. In 2023, she founded and currently leads Project DEER. She is particularly interested in using technology for good and aims to engineer environmentally sustainable solutions to problems in the community. She is currently pursing further research in the field of environmental engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she is working with grad/PHD students on training models for thermal detection of animals. At school, she manages the podcast club, which aims to unite people to engage in meaningful discussions on diverse topics. 

Robyn "RJ" Ballheim

RJ Is a high school sophomore who is passionate about solving current problems with technology and using technology as an instrument for social change.  She currently specializes in microcontroller system design and mostly contributes to the physical systems of our team's projects.  Beyond our project, she is involved in the nationwide Technology Student Association where she enjoys participating in various STEM competitions and leading our school as chapter president.  She is also an active member of MHS (Math honors society), where she helps her community by tutoring younger students in math, and makes her own inventions in her spare time.

Bri Scoville

Bri Scoville is a high school junior with a passion for software engineering and a desire to help others. With a strong background in the logical engineering process, she uses both her skills and thought process to help guide the project and act as a support. Beyond Project DEER, she aims for a Masters in Computer Science and is currently working towards an Associates from Arapahoe Community College. She also presently uses her current skillset to aid others in her life, from friends and family to facilities such as STEM School Highlands Ranch itself.

Dhriti Sinha

Dhriti is a high school junior who is committed to making a positive impact by actively helping her community. She uses her knowledge of various programming languages, such as Java, C++, and Python, to contribute to her team's projects, focusing on developing technological solutions. Beyond this project she is an active member of the National English Honor Society (NEHS), the Mathematics Honor Society (MHS), Computer Science Society(CSHS). In the past she has also been a member of the Technology Student Association (TSA) and the Robotics team. She also actively helps her community by volunteering in the High School Leadership Program at Stone Canyon, mentoring middle school students in mathematics, and dedicates her time to volunteering at the local library, participating in literacy programs to help young kids foster their love for reading.
